My ears

Does anyone know what it means if every time I yawn everything in my ears gets louder and in order to make it go back to normal I have to sniff every single time? It started when I was 11 and no one seems to know what it is or they just all think I'm crazy.
I just want to know if there's some way to get rid of it.

When it's louder it's normal.

Hello and hope you are doing well.

There are tubes called 'Eustachian  tubes' which connect the middle ear to the throat, this balances the air pressure in the ears. So, every time you yawn, the tubes open up and equalize the air pressure, causing increased perception of sound. It's normal as suggested above.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
