My problem

Hai, Im kali from Banglore,INDIA. See my problem is when i got up in the morning my nose got blocked and i will get sneezing. And my nose also dry sensation. Please suggest me some medicine are some solution for this please...

You can try a saline spray; helps dry nasal passages.  I don't know what is available in Banglore, India.  

Do you have allergies?  

If your problem persists, I would recommend having a physician assess your nasal passages.

Hi Kali,

You are having allergic rhinitis, Try with nasal spray (such as Rhinocort aqua/Flixonase/Flomist), antihistamines (Cetrizine/Fexofenadine), saline nasal drops (to keep the nose moist) and drink plenty of water. Remember there is no cure for allergic problems. PREVENTION IS THE BEST TREATMENT.

Do not sleep directly under the fan, everyday change the bed sheet before going to sleep, when ever you are exposed to just cover your nose with a clean handkerchief. Any doubts you are welcome.

you should try orinase..but do not use it over 7days..And you should eat fruits which are rich in vitamin C.AND DON'T DRINK water of the freezer.
