Nasal Polyps or Snots???

Nasal Polyps or Snots???

I suspected Sinusitis after having a headache and pressure/fullness for about a month and a half. Also during that time period, my nose was extremely dry, i never had any boogers/mucus.(rarely had very very small, hard ones that i had to pick out with a tissue) so.... I called my doctor and he prescribed me Zithromax and Fluticasone nasal spray. 2 weeks after taking that antibiotic, my symptoms got even worse. I was having headaches that felt like an icepick was going into my temples,  dizziness, tooth pain, pain in the back of my neck, and SEVERE headaches/migranes.
I went and saw my Dr, he gave me Zyrtec 10mg,  to take at night, and a stronger antibiotic (Biaxin 500mg) twice a day for 2 weeks. He wants me to get a CT scan in a few days. In the meantime, im getting worried because it has been sooo long since i had "normal" booogies and something IS coming out in very small amounts. I started to get a few but ONLY after using the fluticasone spray... but they are weird, very small, whitish/clearish, sometimes a little dark yellowish and very sticky & slimy. They only come out if I use the nasal spray the same day.

Is this from using the nasal spray or could these be nasal polyps??? If they are polyps, do I have to tell my DR or will he be able to see them in the CT scan? (The CT scan is only for my sinuses) I dont know anything about these things!
