Nasal and Tongue Polyps?

I have been diagnosed with asthma from birth, at this point I'm 22 years old. About 2 years ago I noticed I couldn't breathe at all any more through my nose. I went to my Ear nose & throat doctor and he diagnosed me with nasal polyps. Now I also noticed a spot at the back end of my tongue which was pressing a little bit against my palatum mollum.

Now this little spot is larger and looks a little bit like a mushroom (the edges are loose), it's only one and I'm wondering if it's a polyp or if it's something else. Also I am an adequate singer and I wonder if I have polyps there I wonder if I'd have them on my vocal cords since i'm having a sore throat like at least once a week. Also my doctor told me I have a rather large Uvula.

For my nasal polyps my doctor treats me with intranasal corticosteroids (flixonase) and antihistaminics. For my asthma i'm treated with vaporised corticosteroids and Beta-2... I think they're blockers, not sure which one opens up the throat, the blockers or the mimetics.

In addition I wonder if it might have something to do with my one sided Gyneacomastia which I've had since age 16/17. Not sure if it has anything to do with the current thingey on my tongue, but it's always good to know a full medical history.

So perhaps anyone knows if nasal polyps and oral polyps are related?

My sore throat is blown full scale atm, I got an additional headache that won't g away while using asparin (aspirin) and I feel my throat is closing up. Also I measured my temperature which was 39,1. I felt hot from yesterday 10 PM, it is now 10:40 am....

Reckon I should contact a doctor?

Sounds like you probably should.  Your description of the tongue mass made me think of a viral papilloma, but it would be wise to have it looked at too.
