Nasal collapse

Nasal collapse

Back in August 2009, I had a closed nasal reduction of a nasal/septal fracture, and a septoplasty. After having the surgery done, I had stents placed in my nose and an external splint placed on the outside of my nose for 2 weeks. Two days after having the stents and the splint removed the right side of my nose started collapsing in when I breathed in. What should I do? The doctor put me on a fluticasone propionate nasal spray to help, but it seems to not be helping and I was wondering if there was anyway to correct it from collapsing in everytime I breathe in? I was also put on some steroid medication to help it out also.
