When I lay down on my side, an odd sound comes from my nose...like someone trying to make music with a bottle. The sounds are short and long...and seem to linger for a bit until whatever it is...finally comes to a rest. During the night, I am continuously awaken by these sounds, never having a truly restful sleep. If the sounds finally stop, when I am laying on one side...if I roll over (in my sleep)...the sounds start up again. Like whatever it was, as now moved and needs to settle. I have had itchy eyes, runny nose and some pressure in the front of my head. I tried sinus meds and allergy meds, but nothing is working......the noises don't stop......does anyone have any ideas???
