Nasal ?'s

Nasal ?'s

I was diagnosed as having a deviated septum, chronic sinusitus, polyps and a possible mucus pocket.  What I don't get is my Homocysteine level is 45.4 (normal high is 11.4) and white matter leaking at the front part of my head.  I believe this all started 4 years ago when I broke my nose.  I am dizzy alot, feel really dumb and slow, earpain, anxiety, depression, , headaches, fatigue, my voice feels like it gets weak, hoarse, soar throat quite a bit, shakiness, eye pain and pressure and my eyes are really puffy like I haven't slept in days.  How does any of this relate and could it all be due to the nasal problems?  I had a sleep apnea test and they stated I don't have sleep apnea, but I woke up every 3 minutes and would fall back into the deepest sleep possible right away.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  My right eye always feels and sometimes looks smaller than my left, but the ENT stated he doesn't think this could be caused by the nasal problems.

so you also noticed it too?.

i also have deviated septum. i got it accidentally when a metal thing hits my nose. i tell you that my life is completely different before and after i got this deviated septum.

i consulted an ENT doctor. and he said that im having deviated septum. but its not really a complete block on my nasal passages but. it can easily blocked if i have sinusitis ( which a have very often), or other nose problems.

but difficulty breathing is just one of my problems im facing because of my nose. i think i just enumerate it:

1. sleeping problems.
im always had nightmares or i frequently remember my dreams. after i wake up, i felt dizzy and i felt pain on my chest sometimes on my head.
sometimes in the middle of my sleep i woke up because of this fast beating of my heart. and anxiety.
some times my body like my arms or feet will jerk after i became unconscious in sleeping.

2. i always sniffing because inside my nose in the upper part i felt pressure. sometimes it feels like it was twisting and completely block my nose.
3. i also felt pain or numbness in some parts of my body. its like it reacts on the situation of my nose.

4. lastly, it affects my mind or maybe my brain. most of the time i felt migraine and when ever i sniff i felt pain on the lower back of my head.

it affects my lifestyle. i lost my friend because of this. i became a loner too.

i also felt that my mind split into 2 emotion and reality. my emotion is on my left side of my body and the other one is on my right side. maybe you dont understand this one.but if this happens to you its game over.

I got whacked in the nose with an elbow playing basketball about 20 years ago. It bled like you wouldn't believe and since then I've had sort of a "Roman nose" effect on the bridge of my nose. This was when I was living in southern California where I grew up. I moved to the Seattle area 10 years ago and about a year after I got here I came down with what turned out to be a BAD sinus infection. It lasted about 6 months, chronic coughing, pressure in my face, etc. These things come and go and it usually comes on in the fall. About 3 months ago I had a bad sore throat and stuffy nose, so I went to the Dr. He prescribed a 5 day treatment of Azithromycin, which clearned the sinuses and made the sore throat go away. The problem I am still having that occured at the time the sore throat came on is that my tonsils are red and cryptic looking and the surrounding area in the arches next to my tonsils have been pinkish red. I also have this lumpy blister looking thing on my right tonsil. The right tonsil area is more swolen and inflammed looking than the other side. I went to an ENT and she told me I have a deviated septum and that my tonsils and throat, while it looks red.....isn't nearly as bad as many mouths she sees and if I'm not feeling any pain then I shouldn't worry about it. The problem is I AM worried about it. This redness around my tonsils and blister thing just doesn't look right. It doesn't hurt, but its a little discomforting when I swallow. Could it be post nasal drip that is the cause of this redness around my tonsils? Its my right nostril that is obstructed by my deviated septum, not sure if its any correlation to my right tonsil being the one with the more accute redness and blister thing or not.
