Nasopharyngeal cysts seen on MRI

Hello..I have fullness feeling in my ears, dysfunctional eustacian tubes and low frequency hearing loss, along with fullness feeling in my nasal passages, and horrible breath.  I went for an MRI of the brain and ears..nothing was abnormal with the internal structures of my ears, but it did show that I have multiple nasopharyngeal cysts..can this be causing all of these symptoms, and what is usually done for this problem..I have not heard from the ENT yet..I received my report, and faxed it to the office..There is not a lot of information about this on the web..except for a short article that said that this is uncommon.  Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.
