Nasopharynx Bleeding Problem - need help

Symptoms as follows: Daily bleeds/blood in nasal crusting. Sometimes streaks, sometimes fresh red, sometimes dark red. Weird headaches, pain inside nasopharynx area, sore throat with bloody sputum, very little mucus produced, tinnitus in both ears.

What has been done : Biopsy 5 years ago, diagnosed as nasal hyperplasia. ENT scope done 4 months ago, nothing found & diagnosed as allergic to housemites! Lately, developed sore throat & bloody sputum. Also, can taste blood in post-nasal discharge down throat. Have tried nasal rinse  for a few days but problems still persisit.

I used to produce very thick yellowish mucus in the mornings, but nothing comes out now. I know my immune system is being compromised!

What is causing all the bleeding in the nasopharynx? Any advice/solutions is very much appreciated.

i have a similar thing i think, i got sinusitus, thats what gives me the headaches.

do your nose bleeds occur mostly in the morning? if it is could be du to it being dry from sleeping?

I also get blood and streaks of bloody mucus.  I had a sinus infection is November, and I can't seem to get rid of it totally, despite a lot of antibiotics.  I am thinking of going to an ENT also.

I still cough up a lot of green stuff, and I have post nasal drip.  I have a feeling my sinuses are not draining properly.  Kind of stuffed up too.
