Nose problem

I had my second rhinoplasty nearly 3 years ago and have had problems with my nose ever since.  My symptoms are - pain and throbbing inside my nose followed by lesions and blood scabs and yellow scabs inside. The outside skin on my nose becomes swollen and the tip of my nose becomes bulbous.  

I've had numerous treatment ranging from steroid injections on my nose to reduce the swelling to cream for rosacea.  Noone seems to know what the problem is and it is really getting me down now.  My nose looks bigger because of my symptoms and I just want an answer and cure for my problem.
