Nosebleed

I have a frequent nosebleed. Most of the facts are below:
1.Happens mostly at night or early in the morning, when I wake up
2.It is confined to the right nostril and usually does not last long
3.May be mixed with mucus and blocks my breathing through the nostril. Once the mucus is removed through nose blow, the bleeding usually stops.
4.Mostly external/frontal, but It happened one time when I inhaled and I noticed it in my saliva
5.Its going on for several months, about once in 3-5 days. Can be more or less frequent.

Any idea if and how much I should be worried about it.

There are many things that can cause nose bleeds...
1) pregnancy
2) blood pressure issues
3)cancer
4) cocaine usage
5)sores inside nose
6)sinus infection
7)tooth injury
8)thinning of the skin
9)allergies

...and the list goes on.

My brother got them all the time as a child...he finally had his nose cauterized to make the bleeding stop.

I would see a doctor to determine the cause.
