Orbital Fracture

Orbital Fracture

after a blunt force trauma,I have had a CT scan which shows an inferior orbital fracture, with some apparent leakage of periorbital fluid into the maxillary sinus, about a pea size amount.  I also have paresthesia over the infraorbital nerve distribution.  i do not have any vision loss, or motor loss on the face or with the eyeball.  I also do not seem to have any enopthalmos.

Question:  What are the odds I will need to have the fracture surgiclly repaired, and if so what specialist would do such a surgery? ENT? Opthamologist?  Is the decision whether or not to have surgery time sensitive, or would it be prudent to wait and see?  I have had some small imprvement in the sensory loss on the side of the nose, but the lip and cheek are still numb.
