Outside ears
Ever so often the tops of my ears will get very red and warm to the touch. What could be causing this?

I've heard that can be caused by food intolerances (gluten being the #1).
I've also heard it can be from a magnesium deficiency (which can result from not enough intake of magnesium rich foods or your body is not absorbing much of it due to intestinal inflammation, which can be caused by food intolerances, etc.

Good luck.
