PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!

I'm 17 years old and have always had breathing, postnasal drip, and congestion issues. I had my adenoids out at 4 because of snoring and breathing issues. When I was 13 I was misdiagnosed with mono twice. I went to the doctor thinking maybe I had allergies and was put on several different over the counter allergy meds...none of which helped. Eventually I went to an allergist to see if I had a specific allergy but I didn't. I found out I had chronic sinusitis. I was put on antibiotics which we found out I was allergic to. This happened again 2 more times and now we've resorted solely to nasal sprays. After several blood tests no cause of my sinus infections was found. I had a CT scan which showed cysts on my sinuses confirming my sinusitis, but that was the "only abnormality" shown. Long story short it is now a year since my scan and it is to the point that I have to sit up in a recliner chair to sleep comfortably. I constantly feel sick and have sinus infections. When I told my doctor about this he looked in my nose (as he's done so many times before) and this time he said it appeared that my septum was deviated, obstructing my left nostril, and there was a nasal spur on the right side obstructing that side. Is this a probably cause? Could the CT scan have been misread and why wouldn't this have been noticed before? Would getting my deviated septum fixed relieve any or all of my symptoms? Thank you so much for your time and answers!

Thanks for your suggestions! I have an appointment with an ENT tomorrow so hopefully she'll let me know what's going on! I also just got a letter from my allergist and sinus doctor saying some bloodwork I got done was showing low immunology levels in my igG4 subclass (this is the second time bloodwork has shown this) however he's not sure if that would affect my sinuses. So for now it's all a mystery! But seriously thanks for all your suggestions! Hopefully they'll help until we can find the underlying issue here!

A lot of times antibiotics don't work, didn't work for me for 5 years.  The reason is because a sinus infection is different than any other sort of infection in the body.  Here is the model of sinus infections and the best treatment

http://www.medhelp.org/user_journals/show/2322

The Flip-Turn Sinus Flush is mildly risky, because you have to bend over to do it, preferably in a shower, but you can also do it outside on soft ground, or you can kneel down and lean over a bathtub, or perhaps a plastic basin or tub, with the shower running for steam.

Sinus problems are actually a medical frontier, so don't expect definitive answers.. You should go to an ENT and see if you have a deviated septum and get it fixed if possible, so you don't get reoccuring problems.
