POSTERIOR NASOPHARYNGEAL CYST

I had an MRI on my cervical spine and the results said that I had a
" Signal alteration of the posterior nasopharyngeal soft tissues, likely mulitple incidental cystic change "
What does this finding mean and is it cancer ????
