Pain when blowing nose

I've recently had pain upon blowing my nose. The pain is a deep, dull ache on the cartilage area between my nostrils(septum?); it's not a sharp or lasting pain and pushing on it does not hurt. It's gotten gradually worse in the 3 days I've had it and it's spread; and now it's to the point I can't blow my nose without intense pain. I've had sinus infections before and this is nothing like it. My allergies have been bothering me a bit lately, but not too much more than usual.
Also, I lead a very healthy life style and refrain completely from drugs and alcohol use. In fact I take pride in drinking 8 glasses of water per day, exercising, and taking a daily multi-vitamin, calcium supplement and vitamin C.
Should I get into an ENT clinic?
Any help?
