Painless Lumps/bumps in throat

https://ibb.co/eNapF5
About a month ago I looked in my throat and saw these two odd looking bumps behind my tonsils. They are actually painless there is a small amount of discomfort in the morning and usually goes away within a few hours. I saw a doctor and he said allergies so I got some nasal spray and allergy medicine and they still are there after two weeks. Anyone have an idea of what the heck these are? Picture attached for better idea
