Please help! Swollen lymph node in corotaid artery no pain,not 1 DR. seems 2 care!

I have a swollen lymph node on my left side of my neck located  in the C-3 region just approx 2in below ear lobe but the exact location is IN the corotoaid artery. I have been experiencing extreme sweating (to the point my shirts are ruined contributed to anxiety), nightsweats,chronic fevers, extreme fatigue, weight loss,&have no pain in that node&rt now it is so big you can see it without me even turning my head over.I am scared because my PcP just felt it&said that  we should wait&see how big it gets.He said,"I'm not going to go cutting it out or biopsying it yet or anything crazy like that.I was shocked especially since my med history is so thick&complicated&I have been in poor health most of my life from an IBD, EBV, plus had 7 operations for endometriosis&2 c sections back to back within 12 mths&1 day of each other recently. i am 5'0"&currently 72lbs&disappearing. My dr. doesn't seem to care&because I am so little, hyper,&have such a complicated&frankly unbelievable med history it seems that NO ONE IN THE MED FIELD GIVES A RIP IF I DIE OR NOT! I have gone from hospital to hospital only to be treated terribly, judged/classified because I am sooooo tiny! They either assume I am a druggie or anorexic&don't believe that I even had 1 baby much less two so close together along w/ breastfeeding for the last 3 years on only 2-4hrs of uninterrupted sleep! I am sleep deprived,&malnutritioned so I am scared that something is going to happen if everyone keeps ignoring me&treating me like my symptoms are all in my head! PLEASE HELP ME LIVE FOR MY BABIES! I AM A SINGLE MOTHER TRYING TO PROTECT THEM FROM THEIR FATHER!

Please do not lose hopes, we doctors are not bad, we do care for our patients and do respect their feelings.

The description you gave appears to be a reactive lymphadenitis, unless you have difficulty in swallowing or breathing. Request you doctor to send you for a USG (Ultrasonography) of the neck, depending upon the result also go for a FNAC (Fine needle aspiration cytology).
