Please suggest Head ache due to ear pain..

Hi,

Past one month I was not able to hear anything on my right ear.  I was feeling very mild ear pain(only on right side ear) and headache. And wax(no bad smell,exact like water kind of wax) was coming continuously.

I went to doctor and he has given drops & medicine to stop the wax and  ear pain.

Recently I am feeling very severe headache and neck pain sometimes. Only the wax fall down is reduced(Not stopped completely).

Please advise.
