Polyp on Tonsil?

Hi :)

For the past 5 weeks I've had oral thrush that is not responding to any treatment so far (13 days diflucan, 5 weeks of nystatin). During this time I have developed a polyp-like mass on one of my tonsils. Here is a link to a picture of it:

Any ideas of what this may be?
