Pop adams apple out of place, change voice.

Ever since I can remember I've been able to pop my adams apple out of place from the middle of my throat, to the right, and it changes my voice as well as makes it deeper.

I've never heard of anybody else being able to do this...so I'm just looking for the reason why I can.
      *when I move my adams apple to the right, I cant swallow, if I do it pops back to normal position
