Popped Jaw

I popped my jaw a few days ago and since then it is difficult to open wide enough to take a bite of food and the jaw hurts. I have tmj in the right side of my jaw that causes lots of ear pain but this is on the left side. How do I treat the problem?

That's TMJ on the left side, use the same techniques you use for the right side.
