Possible vertigo?

Hi I am 20 years old and I just recently experienced something that I have never gone through before. I think I am going to start from the begining so that maybe more details will help someone help me. Sunday (3-4-12) I got up with a headache so I took a BC powder at 10am, I was fine until 1:20pm. I had gone on my break at 1:05, while on break I had 2 chocolate chip Grandma cookies and about half a Pepsi. When I came off break I went back to my department and I briefly spoke with my manager and another associate. Not two minutes after that encounter I started feeling dizzy and had the feeling like I was going to black out. I had that feeling multiple times so I went home. My mom made me eat some crackers and drink water because she thought it had something to do with my sugar. Not long after that my boyfriend took me back home. That feeling occured once in the car and three times at home. He checked my blood pressure: 115/73, my oxygen:99, and my blood sugar:84, all being normal. I had 2 bananas and 2 bottles of water at home. I was also laying down to try and relax. I did not have that feeling again but my head felt odd. I have headaches ALL the time so I know that this wasn't a headache. My felt head like it does when you get really cold (like when your jaw locks and your temples get stiff). I slept from 7-10pm that night until my boyfriend got home from work. The next day Monday, I went to work and was put on light duty for a while. My head was hurting so instead of BC powder I took 2 equate gel ibuprofen. I was feeling nauseated and disoriented. My mom called and told me to eat a candy bar and drink some orange juice. That helped for about twenty minutes. My manager came over and told me that I needed to go home if I couldn't do anything. I went home and told my boyfriend about it and he thinks it's all in my head. My mom told me to go to the eye doctor to rule out eye problems. I ate 2 bananas and had a few glasses of orange juice after I got home. Tuesday after my boyfriend went to work I called around and found a eye doctor with an open appointment time for that day. I went and he updated my glasses and said everything with my eyes was fine. On my way to my appointment I started feeling dizzy and felt like I had motion sickness, food didn't help, but ice did. After my appointment I went to my mother's work and when she got off she took me to the E.R. They did blood work, urine test, and an EKG. Tested for electrolite inbalance, checked blood sugar, UTI, and pregnancy. After about an hour of waiting after the tests the doctor came in and told me that all my tests were fine. She gave me a note stating not to return to work until 3-10-12, she thinks that maybe it is tension/stress. I took my note by last night so I wouldn't have to do it this morning. My head was killing me last night because my eyes had been dialated and I had so many florescent lights in my face. I took Advil migraine relief gel pills last night and it helped alot. This morning I got up and called into work so that I wouldn't get written up. I noticed that I was feeling pretty good. Well I layed back down for an hour and when I get up to go to the mall with my boyfriend my head was hurting again. I took the equate pills again since it wasn't a migraine. After we left the mall I started feeling dizzy and weak. I figured it was from not eating so we went to Taco Bell. When we got home I got on World of Warcraft and drank a pepsi. I noticed that everytime I swallowed my throat constricted a little (like right before you throw up). I got off WoW and layed down with a heating pad. I layed there for about 30 minutes and felt a little better. I kind of got scared that I have Toxic Shock Syndrome(TSS) since I just came off my period a few days ago. I don't have a fever though and I haven't thrown up. I started looking stuff up and that's how I ended up here. Eating a banana or drinking some orange juice helps. I am not diabetic so I really don't think it's my sugar level. I feel like it may be vertigo because if I sit sideways or tilt my head and/or body I start feeling nauseated and my throat constricts, like mentioned above. I am not sure if i even posted this in the right forum. I was thinking about going to see an Otolaryngology but I am not sure if that will even help. My throat is constricting again so I think I am going to lay down. Please post with answers to this. I know alot of people may experience the same thing, but don't post with an experience if you haven't had it fixed. I need answers, please tell me what you think it might be.

Thanks,
Heather =/

I don't think it is my eating habits that caused this. I always have something with caffeine. I had the Pepsi bc when I'm feeling weak or light headed it helps. I'm afraid to eat a full meal since I get the feeling to throw up when I swallow. I started eating the bananas bc my boyfriend told me to see if it helped. It did until today when I started feeling like I wanted to vomit. I don't have a doctor anym

Wow Heather though I am not a nutritionalist I have to say that is a terrible regiment that you are following ie: pepsi, banana/orange juice, banana, and all the aspirin and caffiene products you are chasing it down with. You might try eating a little healthier, maybe some balanced meals alone and see that you don't feel better. Try eatting balanced sensible meals and omit the aspirin(which by the way also may contain caffiene products and WILL thin your blood)and see if you feel better. Also, see your docor and let him know whats been going on with you. I hope you feel better.
