Pre-Epiglottic/ Vallecular Cyst?

After a few months of mild shortness of breath, I used a mirror to check out what i could possibly find blocking my airway. There is a very round, raised mass that is exactly to the left of my epiglottis. It seems to be pressing against it a little, and it is about a centimeter in diameter, approx 5 times larger than the rest of the lymph lumps surrounding my epiglottis.

I also have been having frequent headaches for the past 3 months, mostly on my left side around my forehead/cheek area.
I have been treated with antibiotics for suspected sinus infection with no relief. An ENT specialist said I don't have any sinus problems upon performing an endoscopy.

I've lost my job because of these ailments, and I am going back to college in a few weeks.
