Ok, so for a little over a month now I felt pressure in my head and I've had diarrhea went to the doctors and did blood work everything is normal can somebody please help me its went away but has come back.

Nigella sativa should give you relief from the head pressure.

You might try cutting out milk and cutting back on other dairy until allergy season is over at least.  Eat more organic vegetables and less sugar.  Try hot tea with mint.

well for past couple days ive been seeing this sparkle that comes and goes last for about a second or two.
