Pressure when I incline my head

I made septoplasty and turbinoactomy surgery on 3 Aug 2009, but when I incline my head I feel pressure behind my nose, like a viscous liquid descending to the bottom.
Also, I feel unbalance in the sinus cavity, so my head become a little heavy, also blockage in the ear.
I hope that there are an advice for my case, Thanks....
