Pressure

I have had the popping everytime I swallow in my ears for a few years.  I also can not handle pressure change very well.  If I am driving down the road I have to be carefull when I open or close my windows because the slight change hurts in my ears.  It is also very hard fo me to fly for the same reason (pressure change).  I have been to my doctor who did not have any answers.  I also went to an ENT who told me that I had deviated septum and that is was common with Navy sailors. He gave me a RX for allergy med but did nothing but make me fell worse. He told me that I could get septoplasty where they go in and fix surgical it but...  I do get nose bleeds and I do have allergies.  Does anyone have any suggestions.
