Question about CSF Leak

Is it possible to have a csf leak out of both nostrils?  I just had a CT scan yesterday.  I was diagnosed with Chiari Malformation 11 mm herniation about 10 years ago and at that time I had a CINE MRI done which showed only a small amount of flow anterior to the foramen magnum and a complete blockage posterior to it.  Anyways the last year I've developed a constant runny nose (clear watery) which is so frustrating and embarassing.  Now they are suspecting I have a leak.  But my nose runs out of both nostrils instead of one. SO I'm wondering if that is possible.

I had CSF surgery done 6 month back. My doctor told me that CSF generally comes from one side. However, it is advisable to check with a ENT surgeon/consultant
