Question about the removal of a parotid adenoma

I have a provisional diagnosis of having 2cm x 1cm adenoma on my parotid gland which is located about 2cm below my ear. I am aware that it is likely to be removed and my questions are related to this.

1) Do they normally take the whole gland out, or just the tumour?
2) How often are the facial nerves affected?
3) How long is the procedure and is it treated as an in patient or out patient matter?
4) If it's in patient, about how long are you in for?
