Random nose tenderness.

I woke up one day and my nose was soar, well tender, the slightest pressure would hurt. It not my nose itself specifically, its on the sides of both my nostrulls. Sorry about spelling. But anyway I woke up and its just there, I figured maybe acne, but there are no visual signs, not even redness. I thought to could also be the muscles being used to much, but its like a tightening, it seems harder to breath through my nose. I do not have any allergies. Suggestions, diagnosis?
