Rather odd nose...

Right. Here's the question. Please help.

My wife, who's 28, has, a, er, slightly weird nose. Please view the photos yourself! It's been like it since she was very young. One nostril is very slight and small whilst the other is rather wider. Weirdly, when you touch the middle part, the septum, there's a funny bone thing that you can move about; it's almost like a little bit of bone in there that isn't attached. It doesn't create any major issues as such and although the nose looks pretty weird from the angle I've taken the photo, it looks Ok otherwise! What do you think is wrong? She has never bothered a doctor about it...

It appears to be a deviated septum, although perhaps it is more cosmetic than functional.  That is, it may or not be out of alignment where it matters.  She could have he nose examined by an ENT.  She may not be aware of how hard she is working to get air through.
