Recurrent strep

About 1.5-2 months ago I got sore throat went to urgent care was diagnosed with strep by rapid and send out culture tests. I was given Penicillin VK to take twice a day for 10days. I did take the whole prescription but admittedly missed a couple doses here and there so it took me about 13-14 days to finish the script. I was still not feeling 100% but waited to see if it would improve and after about 5 days the symptoms started to get worse again so I went back was told I was still sick and was put on another 10 day course of Penicillin VK, I took this whole prescription exactly as prescribed without missing a single dose. I seemed to be better finally but now it was been about 1-2 weeks since I finished the antibiotics and my throat is starting to bother me again. Could this still be strep? and if so what do I have to do to get rid of it. I changed my tooth brush both times and have not had any sick contacts.  I thought when it came back the first time maybe I had drank out of bottle a used when I was sick but I got rid of everything so I'm just baffled and tired of being sick. any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
