Recurring ear infection/Mastoiditis? Ear Tube didn't help.. pls help

So I will summarize this to the best of my ability. I am a 24 year old female.
March 2009, I had a sudden onset numbness in the inside of my mouth, I noticed this while eating those easter mini eggs. My toungue was numb on the right side (the affected ear's side) and my tonuge felt almost coated. I had a severe ear infection with unbelievable pain. I went to the doctor and thought anti-biotics would make it go away, but that was not the case.
I had an MRI done to see what was causing the numbness in my face and slight numbness in the right side of my face. The MRI came back positive for Mastoiditis. So while I was reading up on Mastoiditis it is apparently caused from an untreated ear infection. No doctor seemed to think I needed any treatment for it, so as of summer 09, I haven't done anything about the Mastoiditis.
I kept going back to my ENT who told me NOTHING was wrong with my ear. I knew he was wrong. So I went to see an ear specialist and the hospital.
I had a hearing test done, I had significant hearing loss and my ear drum was not moving at all
He inserted a tube and sucked out a lot of fluid that had built up in my eustachian tube. He seemed to think this was the problem and I was relieved.
Then again, there is no change in my hearing, I have more ear pain, no drainage and pain in the Mastoid area.

What do I do? No one wants to help me.
