I have had trouble with my left ear ringing. My hearing is fine no problems with the hearing test. I am having nervousness, and tense in my head and neck. I noticed that i get very nervous around people that i have known for years i should be relaxed but fell really nervous. I get bad head acks in the back of my head. This often happens if i drink alcohol. Top gums are sore. I have had mri done on head and neck they said everything looked good there. The dentist said that my theeth and bite were ok thought it may have been tmj its not. I have a buzzing feeling all over me like the ringing in my ear this feeling is hard to explane but could it be a nerve on my left or maybe not getting enough blood or oxygen... please help
