Rushing sound in right ear and shaking of face

Every so often I get a shaking sensation, sort of like a tic but not exactly, on the right side of my face. At the same time, I get a rushing sound in my right ear. Sometimes it's triggered by an action, like eating or laughing, but sometimes it comes by itself.

It can happen several times a day. It only lasts a few seconds, in most cases. Sometimes I can help get rid of it by lifting up my head and closing my eyes.

The shaking and rushing sounds are always together.

Any ideas?
