SICK! Please help!

I have a barking cough wheezing headache runny nose puffy under my eyes and 3 big bumps on the back of my tongue. Should I go to the Dr.? Ive had a cold for over a week and been wheezing for 4-5 days. coughing real bad it hurts my chest. Today I noticed 3 fairly large bumps on the back of my tongue that dont hurt. they are on both sides by my tonsils. Just wondering what this could be!

Dont know about the bumps on tongue but other symptoms sound like allergies ..anti histimine may help

I went to the dr last week and had a breathing treatment, got an inhaler and 5 days of zithromax. I finished my meds on Saturday and its m. onday and Im still wheezing and coughing. Do I wait it out or go back to the dr? I currently have no insurance and only want to go if necessary
