Severe dizziness and facial pressure!!

Hello everyone! I joined this site out of hope and desperation, that someone will read it who either has gone through this themselves, or knows someone who has, and can maybe help shed some light on where I go from here. This is a long post, but please don't give up on it before the end! Haha!
I am a 34 yr old female. I'm married, and have 3 children. I've always been relatively healthy. I do have endometriosis, and so have had multiple surgeries over the last 8 yrs for that. I've also had 3 lumpectomies that were all benign, and most recently had my appendix out beginning of December 2013. For about the last 2 yrs, I would get episodes of dizziness, often accompanied by some nasal congestion/sinus pressure. I would go to the doctor, be told it was probably a sinus infection, given an antibiotic and maybe a steroid, and sent on my way. Medication never made it better, the symptoms would just slowly subside after a bit of time. Then one morning in Dec of 2013, 6 months ago, I woke up with the dizziness, and it has been there every day since. It's present from the moment I wake up, until the moment I go to sleep. It's not a "the room is spinning" dizzy, more of a "my head feels full of cement and I feel off balance" dizzy. A severe heaviness, if you will. I also have other symptoms with the dizziness, a main one being a horrendous pressure and throbbing across the bridge of my nose and behind my eyes. I also constantly sound like I have a cold...stuffy nose, that type of thing. I went to my GP, and was twice given an antibiotic and steroids, again to no avail. I've had a CT scan of my sinuses and an MRI of my brain. CT scan showed a deviated septum with a large bone spur. MRI was unremarkable, except with contrast it showed that I had a few white matter patches in various places on my brain.
I was sent to a balance and dizziness center, who felt that I had something off with my vestibular system based on my symptoms, so started vestibular therapy and was referred to an audiologist. The therapy did nothing to help, and after 3 hrs of testing with the audiologist, she said my hearing and ears were fine. She said my left ear had about 19% percent less ability then the right ear, but not a big enough percentage to diagnose a problem. So, I was then sent to an allergist, thinking it was perhaps seasonal or environmentally related. I had allergy testing done, all came back negative.
At this point I was sent to an ENT. After much discussion and debate, I decided to go ahead and try sinus surgery, as a desperate attempt to make it go away. I had surgery April 22, 2014. My septum was fixed, bone spur removed, turbinates reduced, and maxillary and ethmoid sinuses cleaned out. After a horrendous recovery, I was heartbroken to find that the surgery did nothing to help any of my symptoms. I still had the dizziness, facial pressure/throbbing, headache, all of it. I also still sound stuffy every day.
The beginning of June, I saw a neurologist. He looked at my MRI (I'm assuming), and said the white patches were probably caused by something minor like past migraines, and they were relatively common and not to be worried about. After listening to my story, he was stumped. The best he could guess was possibly a form of migraine, with the dizziness and pressure being a phenomenon of that. I was started on nortriptyline, told to try it for 4 weeks, and if it didn't work he'd try another medication, then another, and another, until one works, or we run out of medications to try. He did run blood work to test me for inflammatory diseases, like lupus or rhuematoid arthritis, and those all came back normal.
My life as I knew it basically ended that morning in December when I woke up with the dizziness. Every day is a constant struggle to make it to the next. I feel like I've run out of options on who to go see, and that makes the hopeless feeling so much worse. I was put on Xanax, because the dizziness was starting to give me panic attacks when it would get really bad, but that of course doesn't help the main symptoms, and I hate taking it anyway, so only do so when it's absolutely necessary. This is ruining my life, and I am at a loss as to where to turn to next. If anyone, ANYONE, has had this themselves, or knows of someone or someplace who could help in any way, I would be grateful. I am desperate to find an answer as to what is wrong. Thank you for listening!

I didn't read (too for my poor reading skills) but I did "scan" and seems you've done the right thing and consulted medical help...sadly to no avail.

Did you mention heart?  How's you oxygen saturation level, how is your hear rate and rhythm?  There may be more help on other communities.

I suggest your fist post is a brief summary with a question/plea, then expand as replies show some match up.

Good luck
