Sharp sensation in throat

I've had problems for about three weeks now, I was picking my teeth with a toothpick and I believe it splintered off into my mouth, throat etc..  into the soft tissue  I had a barium swallow, soft tissue x-ray of throat, upper endoscopy and one through the nose, I still have no relief, I feel like I ate glass it rips up my throat and hurts my ears and every once in awhile something comes up catches my throat and I gag, it feels like it's way back on my tongue too, my GI dr. said I had a small puncture hole and thrush but that was it. I know how I feel and it's driving me crazy, initally I thought it was in the esophagus now Im sure it's in the back of my mouth and throat. Any ideas?????

Did you have any relief? I was having sharp sensation and sore throat on and off for the whole year without any diagnosis. Let me know.
