Sinus Pressure???

In the past I have had sinus pain to my frontal sinuses and have occasionally required antibiotic therapy.

For the past several days, I have been experiencing similar pain/pressure to the back of my head to the left and right occipital area. I compare the pain to sinus pressure, however it usually does not bother me unless I press on the area, and then it aches like a bruise. It is usually accompanied by stuffy nose and traditional sinus pressure, although I do not feel like I have an infection. Heat helps! Are there sinuses in this area?  I had the same pressure last year, and it went away on its own. I'd like some insight to what might be causing it, and what recommendations you have for me.
