Sinus and nasal problems

I suffer quite a lot from sinus infections due to pseudomonas. I can not take quinolones antibiotics due to being sensitive so suffer all the time. My question is at the moment I have quite a constant stream of fluid coming down my nose and I have to wipe away a lot. A couple of times I have not been able to wipe my nose quickly enough and goes to the mouth. This fluid is quite salty. For the past few weeks I have been feeling dizzy, feeling faint and breathless which I assumed was because I have been iron deficient and am on Iron infusions but my iron is ok at the moment. I do suffer from hayfever and quite badly but have never remembered fluid coming down like this. Could anyone help.

Thanks

Looks like I am about to go on a course of iv antibiotics just to give me a break so I will see if it works. The other thing is that I am getting a smell from my nose but can't really put what it smells like. Is it due to the psuedomonas.

It would be impossible to make an accurate diagnosis via this forum.  You really are best advised to see an ENT specialist to get an appropriate physical exam.  This could be an infection, but could also be other things (such as CSF leak) and it would be irresponsible to advise guessing with home remedies...Good luck!
