Sinus infection through cocaine use

I have a huge problem due to cocaine and am wondering what to do with my inflamed nostril which is infected. I have been on flagyl generic trichazole 400mg 3 times a day for the last 2 days with another three to go.

Since yesterday my inflammation is worse being visible on my left cheek. The meds havent help as yet as I have been almost praying for. I might go to emergency room in clinic tomorrow if there is no improvement.

I have had minor infections in this nostril for the last few years but this is the most frightening time of my life. I was in the last stages of coke addiction, i have already cut down substatially only using about once a month but doing a hell of a lot of it in one night.

I am really desperate and dread going in to the clinic and facing the staff there.

Please find it in your heart to advise me how bad this is and do I have to go to the clinic tomorrow or wait a tad longer for improvement?

I went to casualty at the clinic. Got decent antibiotics. Swelling has gone down a smidgen. Hard inflammed nasal passage is now soft.

I cant beleive so many people take coke but it is so damaging.

By the way, depending on how your nose is shaped inside (what you are born with) will affect what and how much damage coke addiction does to your nose and sinuses etc.
