FACT.. why does the entire world love vacations and never want to return home??
because the room you stay in is cleaned, vacummed and changed every single day, the restaurants are clean, and your usually OUTSIDE.
think about it. Then your happy to be back home.. for about 2 days.. and wonder why it was soo much better on your vacation. Thats the REAL REASON.

DRINK WATER.. wake up.. DRINK WATER..
Drink coffee?? chase it with water..
Smoke? drink WATER
Start lightly brushing your tongue WITHOUT toothpaste..
gargle spit out.. then... brush teeth with toothpaste.
Another.. dont use toothpaste all the time. twice a day max.
Learn how to brush your teeth properly.. I was born in the 70's.. back then they said side to side.. the 80;s .. top teeth brush down.. bottom teeth brush up.. cause it wont wear your gums down.
now today.. you do tiny tiny circles on and angle pointing into your gumline.. goooooooo figure.. But it is infact correct and removes sugar from under the gum line.
Stop chewing gum.. todays gum is BS.. and has more bad for you in it then good. DRIES YOUR MOUTH OUT after you stop chewing it and spitting it out.
whatelse.. get a steamer and start eating veggies.
GET ONLY the EXPENSIVE FURNACE FILTERS... fibreglass are sensitive to some peoples sinuses..

When on computer stand for 30 minutes while using it. When your hunched over your clothes waist line it pushes your insides upward.. causing reflux, or heartburn.. the that gets brethed through your nasal.
Wash your bed sheets at least twice a month.
and lastly for those who well.. are lazy.. dont wear the same jeans/pants/pajamas/trackpants over two days in a row.
And shower. lol. But not in super hot water.

Heres something thats helped me big time with sinusitis.. and the reason I got it.
Your vehicle has whats called a CABIN FILTER.. look for it, goto walmart automotive.. ask if they carry cabin filters for your make and model.. and they probably will..
buy it!
Its a filter not too many people know they have in their cars.. its the filter to filter your air system.. heat or AC.. if youve never heard of this before.. I can guarantee you when your slid that old filter out it will be discusting.
Its odd how they say change your furnace filter almost 3 times a year... but nothing about a cabin filter in a car. It has 10x more dust from roads and dirt debris then a house does.
Seriously I was on all these forums for past two years.. this sept changed the cabin filter.. and now im just being kind and letting everyone EVEN DOCTORS.. know this is a 97% remedy for most with sinusitis.

I have been on antibiotics 3 times to treat sinustis in addition I was prescribed Nasonex. There doesn't seem to be a way to completely rid myself of this ongoing problem. Any suggestions? Or could this be a missed diagnosis?
