Small bump under jaw

Hi everyone! I recently posted in another forum about a small bump I discovered 7 months ago under my jaw a little above the Adam's apple. As far as I can tell I haven't noticed any growth since first finding it to now. Another forum poster suggested this might not even be a lymph node that I'm feeling. I have seen 2 doctors about this bump...neither ordered tests after feeling the bump. A clinic doctor suggested that it was a normal size lymph node that I was feeling and she wasn't concerned at all. The second doctor I saw, who was an ENT felt it and said he didn't think it was a lymph node, but that it was a bone. He said he wouldn't suggest I waste money on any tests. I'm wondering if anyone knows what "bone" he could be referring to? I would say the bump is pea size and hard, almost a little pointy.

I do suffer from severe allergies. About 1-2 times a week I am attacked with constant sneezing and sniffing. It only lasts for 24 hrs and the next day it's gone. But during that 24 hour period I am sneezing at least 50-100 times a day,
no exaggeration. Along with that comes constant sneezing. I'm wondering if that could have anything to do with the bump I'm feeling.

Any suggestions or info would be amazing and helpful. Thanks!!

Wow interesting. I googled image searched that and it's in pretty much the exact same place I'm feeling it so I'm guessing you're correct. I just don't know I would only feel this bump on one side and not the other. Odd. As I said I haven't noticed growth on it since first finding it 7 months ago so I'm assuming its nothing serious.
