Small lump below left ear

I have a small lump right below my left ear. It first appeared a few weeks ago, only to fade away, and now it has returned again. It is slightly painful to the touch, but it doesn't bother me all the time. Problem is I work in a wood shop with lots of noise, and my ear-protectors constantly rub against it.

I don't have a regular doctor and no health insurance. What should I do? Who do I even call?

I recently found a small lump right below my left ear. Some people told me it might be a swollen gland and others have said it might be an in grown hair. Im really not sure what it is. I havent seen a doctor yet. its small, about the size of a bean. Its painless and not hard. Im really worried about it. Can it be a tumor or a cyst? im 16 years old. what could it be?

I have a lump under my left ear (internal) that can be felt by touching. Nine years ago it cause paralysis on my left side for ten days. However, since then I have been in major pain and the doctors just DONT get what I'm telling them. They talk to me like i'm stupid when I know for a FACT something is NOT normal. The lump is painful and it hurts ALL the time. I can't talk on the phone or have anything close to my ear because it hurts that much more. Left side of my face, especially around my ear area since the lump is below my left ear, does NOT feel normal. After all these years, my right side is showing simillar signs. Why cant doctors just figure out what is going on???

I have a softish hardish lump below my left ear, which can be visible when I turn my head to the right. I first had a very excrutiating pain at the left jaws joint. Consulted a doctor and sorted the pain  and swelling out. Then it left my ear swollen and blocked. I took anti flammatories from the pharmacy and doctor which was sorted out. Then this developed and it worries me. It is painless but sort of unsightly to me even though the pharmacy said it will go down and I should not worry. My ear sometimes itches a LOT. It does not produce wax anymore. I AM WORRIED PLEASE HELP.
