Smell lingers on me

I've posted some smell related posts at other forums,

But this is really weird so I post this here.

I have some body odor problem, but besides that, I found there is a strange phenomenon.

smell from environment 'lingers' on my body or nasal passage for a long time.

One day, I had a long shower, and the smell of water was so good. You know, the smell of hot water in a cold day, it's very fresh. Since that morning, till the evening, the smell of water didn't leave my body or my nose.
I could smell the good hot water smell whole day. I thought my body absorbed the water smell and release it again. or my nose just contains the smell in nasal passage. or my brain is kidding with me.

other day, I was standing close to some alcoholic man. His stench was terrible. about half an hour he left, but I could smell the stench the whole day. I couldn't tell if others could smell it too or it was just me.

Today, I went to public bathroom. Sorry to say this, but the stench of the lady in the right cubicle was so terrible.
I myself have body odor but this was way worse. I know it wasn't me because I didn't have BM and i was odor free until I went to that bathroom.
Anyway after I got out the bathroom, I could smell it till now! it's not just leftover smell, the level and density of the smell is terrible like I'm still in that bathroom.
I'm worried others might smelled this too, but I don't know. I'm still feel like throwing up.

the most strange thing was water smell. Hot water smell is good but that kind of smell is so vague, it doesn't linger on any stuff. Bad smells usually get attached on clothes or body, because smell is carried by molecules. But, bathtub water smell? It doesn't make sense. Water smell doesn't attach on your clothes or body. Water is not garlic.

I can understand bad stench can be transferred to other stuff by air, like spice smells,
But....

I can't understand this anymore.

Maybe I'm going crazy.

Have you tried drinking spirilina? 1qt breakfast and 1 qt before bedtime? This will kill internal odors so when you have bowel movements they will be moved from the colon.

Try drinking a coconut charcoal detox drink. Turmeric drinks is also a good cleanser and will not cause odor.

While you are detoxing, you must soak in a bath with 2 cup baking soda, 2TBlsp of boric acid, 1 cup of Borax, 2 cups Dead Sea salt. Soak for up to an hour 2-3times per week. While you are soaking, you should skin scrape. The scraping action is removing yeast, mold and fungus from the skin release of detoxing the colon. Brush teeth with your normal paste but adding rosemary powder or chlorella, with ginger and cinnamon.  Use magnesium flakes with water to make a mouthwash and swish regularly.
A shower bidet is also good too. But you must use an enzymatic cleaner to kill odor causing bacteria on the shower walls and tub.

To make an body odor powder. Take a good shower, dry the anus with a separate clean handtowel. Put  1 tsp organic coconut charcoal, 1Tblsp Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth mix together and apply on the odor causing areas like: anal area, behind testicles, underneath and into the arm pits, in between but cheeks.

Sorry for late reply,

Maybe it is neurological, because I tried every medicine and supplement and diet to cure it, all failed.
Wish it were some brain problem so neurologist can cure me. i've been only to psychiatrists yet.

Thx for your help, I've heard about phantosmia before, it is really weird problem I think.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello and hope you are doing well.

Understand your predicament. Your symptoms could be due to olfactory hallucinations. Phantosmia most often occurs as a result of a head injury or upper respiratory infection. It can also be caused by temporal lobe seizures, sinusitis, brain tumors, migraine, Parkinson's disease and stroke. You may need proper evaluation by your GP, please consult him for a neurological assessment. He may then refer you to a neurologist if needed.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
