So dizzy all the time

I'm freaking out that I have a brain tumour or something. This dizziness and constant feeling of unsteadiness is making me crazy! I have blurred vision too. Im always anxious about having a brain tumour!
I need to hear something that comforts me a bit! I went to the doctor like a year ago and he didnt find anything wrong.People around me say its anxiety...BUT i dont think so..cause the dizziness is so intense, i cant help but think about tumours =(

Brain tumor is so low on the list of causes of dizziness that you can stop worrying about it. Being anxious about it will make your dizziness worse.

There are MANY causes of dizziness--including anxiety, inner ear problems, cardiovascular problems, etc. Work with your primary-care doctor to find the cause and/or find a drug or other treatment that helps you. Many dizzy people are helped with a low dose of an anti-anxiety drug like Valium or Xanax. But inner-ear problems should be ruled out. Work with your PCP and DO NOT worry about a brain tumor. You should probably have your hearing tested if you haven't yet.
