Some sort of nasal problem?

Hi, I've been having all kinds of nasal problems for awhile. For the past 6 months or more I've always had a somewhat stuffy nose, that being that atleast one nostril was completely clogged or stuffy. I told my mom about it back in the summer and she said it could be allergies but I'm not allergic to anything that I know of. Anyway since the weather has gotten colder and cold and flu season has come around my nose has been going through heck! I usually don't get colds and almost never the flu but have been getting a horribly congested nose which seems to then lead into sinus pressure, headaches, coughing from nasal drainage etc etc. I feel that the fact that i'm starting out with a half clogged nose already has been making it easier for me to get badly congested and sick!

Right now I'm sick again but each time seems to be different except with it all starting with nasal congestion. A few nights ago I woke up with a 101.8 F fever, bad chills, headache, full head, ears, couldn't breath out of nose and felt like death. I feared it was strep or the flu but got a swab test for each and they came back negative. My sickness has now been changing, I don't have a fever or headache anymore but still get bad chills from time to time and now my nose is all runny but congested at the same time if that makes sense, and I can't breath out of it! I try and blow my nose but all i get is a clear watery liquid and I've noticed that i've been sneezing more but it seems to go in spurts so i have no clue what's causing it. I also cough a lot, i guess from drainage, except i don't get anything up when i cough. Anyway...

Sorry for the long post but i'm hoping someone can help me figure out what's wrong with my nose since I know somethings wrong with it and i'm tired of getting sick, I feel like if I go outside in the cold for more then two seconds now that I'll get all clogged up and sick again! Also if someone could help me figure out what I might have now that would be great,  I would think it's just a cold but it doesn't seem like your normal cold. Helpful comments would be appreciated and thank you in advance!
