Sore Throat for Months

I know nobody can diagnose me over the internet. But I'm scared. I have been having a sort of persistent sore throat over the past few months its feels like something is at the back of my throat but doesn't hurt like a normal one it feels dry sort of i can only feel it some times through out the day, and it goes away when i eat something. The right side of my neck feels tight from my jaw to the bottom of my neck, and i have mucus draining down throat also. My lymph nodes in my neck are normal i have no lumps or anything i have no other symptoms. But i do have some bump looking things on the back of my throat. so if you may know what is wrong please let me know.

Sounds like post nasal drip to me.
Could also be an esophagus problem...perhaps an ulcer.
No way of knowing for sure unless you see a doctor.
