Sores in Nose

I have also been getting sores on the inside of my nose that won't go away. This has happened in the past when the weather is dry but this time the sores take forever to heal up and once one they do heal, I have another one or one in the opposit nostril. They are pretty painful. They look like dry cracks and sometimes pimples form inside my nose as well. The weather has been pretty humid lately and we have a in-home humidifier as well. How can I get the sores to heal up and prevent them from coming back?
