Hi, I've been having this sharp stabbing sore throat on the right side of my throat when i drink or swallow my own saliva. It seems to radiate to my right ear as well. Have anyone had that? Do you know what it is?
You might get some relief from gargling with a saline solution (some salt in water). There my be some over-the-counter meds that will help too.
If you problem doesn't respond (go away) soon you should consult a doctor who may take a "swab" of your throat and have it analyses for infection or high bacterial, or whatever, I don't know what the possibilities are.
